The area is 633 square feet on the ground floor and 112 square feet on the mezzanine, total 745 square feet.

Foundation:
There is a poured concrete slab on the ground. Concrete blocks support the wooden structure. According to the previous owner, they redone the floor and therefore worked from the inside to install piles in the center of the building to reinforce it.

Shed: 12'6" X 14'6" + shelter / wooden gallery with roof 5'6" X 18'6" / Wooden gallery 15' X 18'.

The height at the mezzanine is 4'7".

The sale will be on July 27 and the occupation of the premises on August 1, 2022.

Environment
Bucolic environment of Lac Jolicoeur. For very reasonable fees of less than $50 per year, the Association des Riverains du lac Jolicoeur and its volunteers carry out sound and efficient management of the site.

Access to the lake is private for members, and is located near the property. You can leave your boat at the dock provided for this purpose. Note that motor boats are not permitted.
